Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung nach ESRS für KMU
Neben großen Unternehmen sind ebenfalls börsennotierte KMU verpflichtet, nach den ESRS ab 2026 (bzw. durch die Opt-out 2028) zu berichten. Doch auch für nicht berichtspflichtige KMU kann eine Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung nach ESRS wichtig werden, um Stakeholder-Anforderungen gerecht zu werden. Nun hat die Europäische Financial Reporting Advisory Group (EFRAG) am 22.
